Tiny Park
There are several of these small parks like this one in the Annex neighbourhood and it is unusual to find one empty of people on a Sunday. No matter what the weather you will normally find someone walking a dog or just sitting on a bench having a coffee. And it was 0˚C so not very cold at all. A mystery.

We have such small parks here in Edmonton too. Welcome green spaces in the city!
Was there a big football game that day? That usually keeps a few of the walkers at home. It's a lovely place to walk.
Beautiful snow and scenery. 0 degrees celsius is usually what we get at night in Winter.
Looks like a fine place for a walk in this neighborhood. Your photo looks like a b&w, but I realize it is not. It's just that time of year.
