Fire Station 344

This is Toronto Station 344 which was built in 1910 as Station 1910. It has undergone renovations and is fully modernized but still has that stately look about it.

Still in service? They got their money's worth out of that building.

There are still some like that here. One is still in service, and others have been converted

These early 20th Century fire stations have great style. Glad to see that it is still a fire station as many of these old ones have been repurposed for other uses. Our town is planning on building a new station to replace the old one, but the old one lacks this style.

A really beautiful old building. I wish there were buildings like that here too. All old buildings here are demolished if they are not protected by the National Board of Antiquities.

It needs to be kept just like this.
