I was walking along by our hotel in San Miguel De Allende when I came upon a large group of Great Egrets nesting in several trees. They were calmly sitting on nests as the activity of the city went on below them. I did see some of them flying by over the next days.

Always good to see the Great Egrets. Our Egrets haven't arrived yet, be we saw a Blue Heron yesterday. You had a good day birding.
What a wonderful sight. I love finding such exotic birds.
Wonderful to see these beautiful white herons (great egrets). I have never seen them in a tree before.
