Slow Progress
Construction of this condo building has been going on for years now so they must be doing a lot of fine details on the interior. A Starbucks sign has appeared on the ground floor which was a bit of a surprise since it looks like a long time before it will be opening.

Usually when construction is that slow it means there are financing problems for the project.
The balconies make an interesting facade pattern though.

These things take time, but it surprises me how much $ the investors have to stay the course. And then I think of the cost of the rents.
Those balconies are used as an artist's statement giving the building a contemporary look. Let's hope construction is finished soon so the building can be occupied. I'm no fan of Starbucks. The last coffee I had there was awful, but then I'm a coffee snob.
It's a nice looking building. I'm betting the condos are very pricey.
