Cars of Summer 2

I was walking down to my local hardware store (which has been family-owned for 3 generations) and happened upon one of my favourite cars - a mid 60s Mustang convertible! And as you can see it is perfect weather here today for a convertible.

Oooh, wouldn't mind a ride in that! Glad to hear you may be visiting Yorkshire soon. Yes, the Sculpture Park has two or three Andy Goldsworthy installations - you have to hunt for them!

btw, I only take photos out of my car if it is on drivers side and I roll down window, rain, snow or shine : )

I think that most of us would take notice of this classic. It is a great beauty and well maintained.

That would fit in my driveway, for sure.

My daughter and her fiance have been driving up the California coast this past week, from L.A. to San Francisco to Sacramento and back to San Francisco. They splurged on a red convertible (though she proudly tells me that she negotiated the price to just over what the standard car would have been). I think that is money well spent!!!

Lucky you for two reasons: sighting the car and having a local hardware store owned by one family for three generations. :)
