Elegant Days

I discovered this wonderful display of vintage dresses in a store just down the street from the Lakeview restaurant of a few days ago. The deep brown velvet one in the middle first caught my eye (hard to show its details) but I loved all three. Where could I wear them?

Is that the back of the black dress? Well, if it's not... :-) (I'm pretty sure it is - just kidding)

All of them are so beautiful, but the one in the middle is wonderful and very chic!!!

I like that chocolate one also. Looks a bit formal, but if you throw a party you can declare attire.

Wow, those are really lovely gowns. I think I like the gold one the best.

I like the cream one with pearl beading, but they are all gorgeous. What a beautiful display. I like the trees reflected in your photo, too.

Stunning with statements of days gone past. I never wonder where I would where them, I wonder how I would ever fit into them. Gorgeous!

Elegant. Styles like these make me wish I were a six feet tall.

They're all gorgeous. I do so wish I led an elegant life... sigh... You'll have to have a ball. I'll wear the gold one.

I often see lovely dresses like this, but I have the same conundrum. Where to wear something like this? :)
