"Thunderin' Thelma"

I seem to be seeing a lot of food trucks lately and they all have unique signs & decorations. This one called Thunderin' Thelma belongs to Caplansky's Deli and is named after the owner, Zane Caplansky's, grandmother. That is Zane looking rather stern in the photo on the side of the truck. The menu covers the usual deli offerings but everything is smoked in-house and is said to be really tasty! Mmm...

Good thing you explained, 'cause Thelma looked awfully man-ish on the side of that truck! :D

What a great name, looks big enough to offer a substantial menu.

We don't have food trucks like this here in the Netherlands. Sounds interesting!

A cool truck with a bit of romance waking by.

don't care for smoked-foodstuffs on the whole - thundering thelma sounds like the godmother.

We just had a food truck festival here in Hamilton and I saw Caplansky's, but I don't remember this one. Maybe at the next one, they will venture down the highway!

I think that food truck may be bigger than my kitchen Red, and it definitely would produce more food haha!

Yes, it is a good think you explained. Zane looks very stern in that picture. wondering what message he is trying to convey? I trust food trucks are taking over your town as much as they are here.
