Infill In The Junction

This odd shaped building has been fairly recently constructed in the Junction neighbourhood on a triangle-shaped piece of property behind the stores on Dundas St. I rather like it. And the area is one of the more interesting ones in the city with lots of small independent shops, restaurants, and craft breweries.

Hello, it is a cute building. I assume they are apartments or condos above?

Happy Friday, enjoy your day and weekend!

It fits the lot very well and I like it too, especially that purple color!

That is an interesting building. It must have been a challenge to build something as pleasing as this on an odd shaped piece of ground

Sure don't see many like that here

We have them here too; I find they clash too much with the surrounding buildings.

Very stylish and well planned for the space!

I love seeing how builders can fit something in to an odd shaped lot. They did a great job with this one.

I guess you just have to adapt to the shape of your piece of land, they've done that so well here. The purple made me smile, a brave choice ☺ happy weekend Pat.

Would love to walk the area with you. Coffee or craft beer? :)

I think I'd like that area. Sure is an interesting building. Looks like a parking garage underneath it, too, which is probably worth its weight in gold during the winter!

Small enough to get to know your neighbours.

The architect could have made more of it.

It's a fascinating building and the architect obviously knew how to utilise the available space. I like it, too.
