Oldie But Goodie

This is the original Bank of Commerce building found in the Commerce Court complex in the Financial District. It is now surrounded by modern additions but it outshines them all!

This is a beautiful building. I love those huge windows. Buildings of this era look so much more solid than new modern, glass buildings.

You know how much I love these old, classic buildings. I agree with Sharon's sentiment even though it makes me sad as I feel we've lost something important in our rush to be "modern."

I'd love to see the sun coming through those huge windows.

This building does outshine them all, it's not even close. The huge windows are awesome and nice to see.

Would have made for an impressive bank in its day.

Yes no time and money for details like this in new buildings anymore.
