Season Ending

A week ago I showed you kayaking on the Humber River in the city. Well, you can also rent canoes and try your luck on the river in one of these. The season will soon be ending though as our temperatures have been up and down this week as is typical for autumn.

They're lovely and colourful Pat. I read in the paper that Perth is in for a wet October, must say I'm pretty happy with that, no watering the garden for a while still 😊

...in the Adirondacks this weekend it is wet, but canoes are out and about. Yesterday twenty some old student from Cornell left for a weekend canoe trip, I bet they got wet last night.

It'll soon be time on the Rideau Canal to get ready for winter as well. Excellent shot.

I am surprised at how green it is - I was expecting Fall color in the trees. Or is this an older photo? And are those murals painted under the bridge?
Have a wonderful week!
