Orange Beauties

This seems to be a good year for perennial flowers - maybe they have liked the hot sticky weather we have had after the wet spring. I spotted these orange beauties this week. I'm not sure but they may be a type of coneflower.

Yes, I believe these are coneflowers, more formally known as Echinacea. They come in many different colors. I like the color of the ones in your photo.
