Where The Creek Flowed

This is the view of the street from yesterday's post taken a bit further along this winding roadway as it follows the original route of the creek. As you can see the creek had opened a fairly deep ravine in area and the houses on each side of the road are located up steep hills. It is quite a pretty neighbourhood.

Gosh it's strange to think of what's going on below Pat, does look very pretty ✨

...this is a strange thing, can it truly be called a creek now?

It's a beautiful neighborhood. Those hills are pretty steep. The mailman in this area needs to be physically fit and have good boots in the winter.

Since the houses are built on hill sides, they are not likely to have damp basement, but the street may not be completely safe.

I'm reminded of a street view here.

So great that you have eyes for the underlying realities.

That is a pretty nice neighborhood. Lots of shade too from all the trees.

It does look pretty, but some steep hills to park on!

I can almost imagine when it was wild. It's still pretty now.
