I think it is 'Crown Imperial' a species of Fritillaries. It is also known as Kaiser's crown.

Yes, Crown Imperial. It's quite a popular plant in gardens in the UK, and one I always like to see.

I feel your Spring Joy, Pat. Here's what I have:

Fritillaria imperialis, the crown imperial, imperial fritillary or Kaiser's crown, is a species of flowering plant in the lily family Liliaceae, native to a wide stretch from the Anatolian plateau of Turkey, Iraq and Iran to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Northern India and the Himalayan foothills.
