Gordon House


On a lovely day in October I went for a wander around the Yorkville neighbourhood just enjoying the fall weather. This sign attracted my attention with all of its information about the house it was in front of. This is a good example of the detailed signs that Heritage Toronto puts up when they can find the facts. I'll show you the house tomorrow.

A similar concept here- though they are usually also in French.

How fine these signs provide historic information about the building in the city. Always good to know history.

...it's wonderful that there is the Ontario Heritage Act! Buildings from the 1800s need to be preserved. Thanks for sharing.

It makes you think about the industry of dying clothing. Now most of our clothing comes from China.
