This concrete pig has stood guard in an Annex front garden for many years but in summer is surrounded by grasses and flowers. He didn't look very happy a couple of weeks ago when we had a lot of snow. He needs a scarf!

It's a good thing pigs have a thick layer of fat to keep them warm. But then I've never heard a concrete pig complain. It can endure for a century or more.

at first glance, i thought it was real!! silly me, this guy must love the cold and snow...and poses beautifully for pictures!!
