Most of the wonderful old ads painted on walls are disappearing either behind construction or simply fading away. A local independent brewery here has added some new ones to our urban landscape in the last several years.

Great shot RedPat!
It's so nice to see the old style back! ;-)
Wonderful!
This should never fade!
Thank you Red Pat :)
I admit, I'm getting thirsty. Nice shot.
I like the sign and it might even convince me to try the product. :)
To me that is such a North American expression. "Ah", said Pa (in the Little House in the Prairie books), "that hits the spot!" - when drinking Ma's ginger water.
That's a lovely photo! The advert really livens up the wall.
I love this kind of signs!
Love Steam Whistle - and this is NOT graffiti, is it!!
Probably won't ever get a chance to sample any Steam Whistle, but I like the sign.
What a great name for a drink! I love these painted ads.
I absolutely love this sign. I hate graffiti, but this instead is well done advertising art. Give me more of this!
They are fading away here too. All the new ones are digital. A great project to photograph them all
Great! Love the vintage design.
Great name, I'd drink it. I love the old wall. Sometimes the faded ones have a sort of nostalgia.
If this is a new wall ad, I like the way they made it retro looking. Now I have to reflect on this a while... I really really think the large billboard ads have become the new urban blight, and yet a painted ad like this, tastefully made, appeals to me... maybe to my sense of art? But is it fair to say yay to some ads and nay to others? Too early in the morning to think... need my coffee first. :-D
