Excuse Me Please

I was trying to walk along a pathway at James Gardens but my way was blocked by a large group of ducks who were not interested in moving at all. I worked my way through without stepping on any feet and they never made a sound.

One does like a colourful duck.

These ducks live in the park, so they think it is theirs. People are no threat, so they are best ignored. That gives you a great photo opportunity, Well done.

Hello,

Great closeups of the Mallards, they must be used to people walking by.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great weekend.

I guess they are used to people on this path. I love their vibrant colors!

They apparently are used to human interaction.

Duck blockade on your path. That is something I used to encounter living in the rural region.

Looks like all the womenfolk are busy raising the little ones, leaving the chaps to just lounge around.
