Noisy Fellow

I was walking along in a wooded area near the Humber River when I heard some loud tapping and thought that it must be one of the big woodpeckers but it turned out to be this little Downy male who was having a grand time looking for food. I finally managed to get a shot of him sitting still after just missing several other shots.

Downey woodpeckers are fast moving and difficult to photograph. You did great.

The only bird in the entire world that would stop knocking for you.

Let it make noise as beautiful as the bird is.
