Looking Good

These 2 pairs of semi-detached homes in the Yorkville neighbourhood were built in 1888 and have been lovingly restored. Rather than homes they now house galleries and offices.

The buildings are gorgeous looking. They look like something out of a Dickens novel

Always nice to see them repurposed instead of demolished!

Toronto shares many lovely features with my childhood philadelphia including many 19th century homes and buildings. Thank you for sharing. Pat

Reckon "normal" people cannot afford these beauties anymore.
But nice they are renovated!

The kind of homes that used to house a servant or two in the top storey. They've been well preserved despite their change of use.
