An Annex Street

Just before the recent cold spell we actually had a day when the sun came out and the temperature went up to +2˚C so I headed out for a walk. This is a typical street in the west end of the Annex neighbourhood. Very few homes have driveways so street parking is the only option.

Oh my goodness it's a frozen tundra everywhere here too! It's snowing big dumps in cities that never get snow!

It's a very pretty street. I bet you can't see the houses when those trees are full of leaves.

I love the weak winter sun we sometimes get. So welcome and makes for good photos.

It always seem difficult to find parking on city streets.
Here the homeowners have to put a stickers on their cars to park in front of their homes. Take care, enjoy your day! Have a wonderful week!

Nice street view, it reminds me of NY. When it snows there, people have to move their cars to the opposite side so it could be plowed and then alternate each day back and forth until spring. It was a pain to do that everyday.
