The business association in the Dovercourt Village neighbourhood commissioned the artist Elicser to paint this mural along the side of a corner grocery store. It's rather nice how it shows the style of houses found in the area as well as showing a store owner unpacking boxes while being hugged by a little child.

Happy St Patrick's Day everyone!
It's almost like you could walk into it.
It certainly is attractive in the sense it does show off the neighborhood. I'd like to know more about Dovercourt Village.
I love it. I think it is wonderful. MB
It sure brightens up the streetscape!
Good mural that, lots of things going on with it
i love the neighborhood theme!
A fine shot of this interesting mural. The artist did a very good job of depicting the neighborhood.
Great mural! Toronto does have great nieghbourhoods.
It's full of character, like how the snow sits in the foreground and becomes part of the mural!
This is a great mural. Makes me feel this neighborhood would be a nice place to settle down.
I like to see those electricity boxes(?) making part of the mural. And I like the mural! :-)
I like how the storage (road salt?) boxes have been incorporated into the mural.
Whatever the boxes might be, they blend well into the mural. It's a very colourful, dynamic painting!
Happy St. Pat's to you, too, RedPat! :-)
so very homely looking
The triangle theme he's chosen is also a nice touch.
I too love that human element in the mural, it's a very nice mural (and Happy St. Paddy's too:)
You have alot of storytellers around. Great mural.
Loving the mural. Thanks for explaining the hugging kid. I thought the man was carrying a head! My bad. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
It is a lovely mural, a positive addition to the neighborhood. Also it is become unusual to find a "corner" grocery store any more. They are to be treasured.
This mural is fantastic Pat.
Good Saint Patrick's Day!!
Very nice mural !
It's like a real street and I love how it is complimented by the snow (the fact that it's dirty adds to the colour scheme somehow!)
Its beautifully painted Pat, you wonder how artists get the perspective so perfectly when they're doing such a big work!
