Restaurants are finally open again after so many months of closing and opening back and forth. This pizza place on Dundas St W has a nice clean and appealing look to it so it is worth trying one day.

I wonder how it got its name. You can't beat a good pizza.
This pizzeria has an odd name. There must be a story attached. We are still rarely eating in restaurants. There must be 20 places that serve pizza here, and none of them are very good. I grew up with Chicago pizza, and the chain restaurants here produce a pale imitation.
It looks inviting. People will want to try a new pizzeria, I know I would.
It's one thing to open but quite another to get people into the habit of coming through the doors again. That seems to have been the experience for many places over here. I wish them all well.

I remember touring Europe in 1985 and being amazed to find pizza restaurants everywhere, not just in Italy. How naive was I?
